Cause sometimes everyone needs someone they can look at that motivates them to go kick ass in the gym.

Alright I'm gonna cut right to the chase with this one. Working out is hard. Keeping the motivation and strive everyday to get up and go to the gym is hard. Trying to watch what you eat and not eat cookies before bed every night (me. lol) is hard. This is no secret, anyone that has ever done any of this knows it to be true. Even the perfect super toned fitness gurus on Instagram admit it! But luckily there are certain people we can look up to that will set off that reminder in your head, "Hey if they can do this so can I". And here are some of mine..
Cara Loren
Alright this girl is a beast. Literally can I be her? No she is not a huge fitness influencer or anything, she's actually a blogger and social media personality. Not to mention a mom of 2 kids who own's her own clothing line on top of multiple other accomplishments. Guys and she has my body goals! Like she's had kids and her body is what I strive for mine to be, crazy right? Cara inspires me because just like me fitness is just a part of her. She proves that just because you enjoy the gym and it's essential to your lifestyle, it doesn't have to be all your about, you are more. Also she's not afraid to have a cheat day every now and then which is what I live by! I stress constantly how I will never be so strict on myself to where I am miserable, and she makes me feel like this is okay. Also she posts video clips on Instagram of workouts ranging from abs, to full body and I love them! It's how I started working out actually, I would put 4-5 of the videos in my bookmarks and that would be my workout for the day. But anyways, this girl is awesome, not to mention she always shares where she gets her cute workout attire from (sadly most of it's out of my budget). Check her instagram out at @caraloren
Jill Christine
This gorgeous girl's insta-stories are probably my all time favorite to watch and mainly because of the food she posts. This girl is so initiative with how to eat healthy while still enjoying what you eat which is so so so important whenever you are trying to get fit. From her breakfast burritos, to protein cake bowls, to her meal prepping ideas and tricks this is one fitness guru who I would definitely say is worth a follow. Not only does she inspire me through recipes and new food I can try but she if very honest on her page. Although she is super fit and a fitness guru she is super real when it comes to the fact that sometimes it truly is hard to get that determination to get up and go but she reminds you that it's all in your head, and to push through those excuses and go kick butt because we're completely capable! Whitney Simmons
Whitney is a Gym Shark (one of my favorite workout brands) athlete who posts some super good/super hard workout videos for your daily gym routine. No joke guys I did her Hiit videos consistenly one day and I was pouring sweat and felt so good after. Her videos are easy to follow and she is super consistent with posting so there are always new workouts to try! She is drop dead gorgeous and always shares sneak peaks of the new Gymshark attire that is going to be released soon which is rewarding enough. Check her out at @whitneyysimmons !
Sarah Bowmar
Okay guys this girl is a badass. Like no joke I love her attitude towards things and how strong minded and strong willed she is! Her and her husband have their own nutrition company Bowmar Nutrition (it's super cute too that they met at the Arnold years ago and now they work their own booth at it *insert heart eye emojis) where they sell protein and other supplements one of their most popular right now being their protein hot chocolate, yum right? And aside from her kick ass shoulder workout snippets she posts (along with other body parts), she also kills it on instagram with the food game. She has her own dessert cookbook which is amazing and shares recipes like her Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Waffles, and her Protein Strawberry Milkshake, you're drooling right? I don't blame you. She also will not take any crude or mean behavior from others, she knows who she is and what she represents and she isn't sorry for it which I love! My Boyfriend
Cheesy I know right? But sorry guys I can't help it. My boyfriend has been dedicated to the gym for a while now and he rarely ever lets lack of motivation get in his way. He knows almost everything there is to know about fitness, health, supplements, ect. And he's always more than willing to help me whenever I have a question or am trying to figure out a new workout move (even if I get stubborn while he shows me lol). Also I always look forward to the days we can workout together (which is rare b/c our crazy schedules), because him being there alone gives me 10 times more motivation cause I mean my boyfriends watching so you know I gotta show off and look good. Girl's reading this in relationships you know what I mean.
Myself
My biggest fitness inspo is drum roll please, myself! Ta-da, bet you didn't see that one coming but yeah it's true. The main reason I push my body through every workout to get results is for myself! I want to be/look the best I can and I want to feel the best I can! I don't do this for anyone else , believe me I used to think that way and it got me no where. You have to know your Why, as to why you're wanting to dedicate your time and energy to this one thing or you'll lack the ability to motivate yourself to do so. And there's no better or more rewarding person to use all this hard work on than yourself.
