The easiest and even cheapest way to keep yourself from eating bad while saving yourself that extra hour and a half for a gym session.

Meal Prepping is one of the best things in my book if you're trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and it's super easy and cheap! There are endless options of the types of meals you can make especially if you're a Pinterest fanatic like me. B
ut for example lately I have been sticking to a lot of greens because I am trying to lose body fat and tone before me and Brandon's trip to Hawaii in May, and I'm on week 4 and surprisingly haven't tired of chicken salads yet. For my
lunches for the whole week this week I spent under $25 (not counting the protein powder cause we all know that's a little more pricey), that's from everything you see in the salads above and the snacks. You'd spend that much money going out to eat for lunch for 2 days. Not only does it save you a pretty penny but this is also a huge time saver, especially if you're a full time college student working 6 days a week like me. Rather than spending an hour cooking a meal in between class and work you can just grab your meal and heat it up in the microwave or take your salad to go! Best part of all with
a prepared meal waiting for you you'll be able to resist the desire to grab fast food or something unhealthy.

- The items pictured here only cost about $7 and a pack of chicken that was $4 was all I needed for my lunches for 5 days.

- Like I said feel free to mix it up! Or if you have a favorite stick to it a few weeks! Don't feel like you have to do this a certain way, it's all up to you!
